This lightweight, cost-efficient interior wall or ceiling panel achieves the industry's best possible results with a perfect score of 10 per ASTM D 3273, minimizing the risk of mold and mildew growth.

Ideal for use throughout projects including bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and utility rooms, M-BLOC panels are also approved for exterior soffits and sidewalls in protected corridors with indirect weather exposure. The adhesive application of ceramic or plastic tile is suitable for limited wet areas.
